Sam was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the current market conditions, and explained clearly and professionally how she would assist in selling my mother’s property. Brooke is a phenomenal realtor. I don't even know all of the things she did behind the scenes to make this closing go so smoothly but I know everything was seamless because of her! This was a tight market and there were competing offers but in the end, we were able to close within 30 days and make a quick turnaround on my first investment property.

Attentive, provided insight and answers

Christina did a great job. She has been sending us email listings of waterfront properties for a couple of years now. We first met her at an open house for a non waterfront property. We were "kind of looking" but she would always patiently show us any property we wanted to see. When the house we bought came availible, we quickly became more serious and she jumped in feet first to help make it happen. She helped us find a mortgage broker who is great and she is fostering all of the work that goes into staging our previous home. She is very sincere and knowledgeable and we trust her.

He helped me find services for move out. Actually, met them for me as I’m out of state. Gave good advice and listed the property appropriately. Very professional and a really nice person. Responded promptly to my myriad of questions.
