Cole's drive and motivation was nurtured by a family of hard workers, instilling in him an unstoppable work ethic and a real go-getter personality. With a father in the mortgage industry and 7 plus years in the Richmond hospitality industry, Cole realized that the time he spent interacting with customers and clients was the most meaningful part of his job.
