The Providence Hill team was a joy and a blessing to work with in selling our parents' house. Elliott, with his experience and knowledge of the market, guided us towards a successful and very beneficial sale. The team kept us well updated along the way. The only hiccup in that was the time spent over a few days trying to track down the homeowners' association documents and then learning they'd been requested about the same time I started looking. We still stand quite amazed at 80 showings in three days, and a very smooth contract decision. We are grateful.
