Dawn is a native Richmonder and Jacques is from Lynchburg and has lived in Richmond most of his adult life. Both are alumni of the University of Virginia and Jacques has an MBA from William and Mary. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their adult children, traveling and being involved in the community.
